Trying Something New?

Updated: Oct 18, 2020

Today, Tuesday March 24th, is the New Moon. I am not an astrologer, however, I appreciate the role that each New Moon plays and usually perform some level of acknowledging it. It is a time to begin something new. To plant creative seeds of potential. To listen to my soul and figure out what wants to emerge. Even if it is a little starting a blog. (Really?! I'm a bit incredulous that I'm doing this....! Okay. Feeling the feels and getting brave!)

March is also the time of year that we emerge from our winter hibernation and look at what spring is bringing, with the cycle of the new year. How funny to awaken today to six inches of fresh snow!

Maybe it's not quite time to venture out yet? Maybe, we need to stay in this state of 'suspended animation' or 'spiritual retreat' for a bit longer? (I definitely like those terms better that the alternative words that are being used during this time of 'social distancing'!)

What dreams and new ways of being are showing up for you?

I intend to dedicate some time regularly to share what is going on for me, as well as some inspired questions that may assist you in your own process.

How can you access the wisdom and answers that you are to bring forth?

At 7:00 pm every evening, I am setting aside time for 10 minutes to 'sit in my power' (isn't that a great phrase? Thank you, Jackie Wright, Sally Barnes & dear Awakened Mind Class friends!) and I invite you to join me, to begin to feel into our energetic connectedness.

What does that look like, you ask?

Just feel into your sacred heart space. Then, connect down into the center of the Inner Earth to the radiant Source of Love & Light there. Bring that energy back up to your heart and continue to bring energy through your crown to connect to Source at the center of our Universe. Again, return to your heart and feel that energy expand through your heart, connecting your heart to the heart of everyone that comes to your mind.

As you breathe in, imagine that energy expanding. As you breathe out, imagine the energy getting stronger.

This exercise is a way to activate the energetic Flower of Life and use conscious intention to raise our frequency and that of the Collective. I do hope you'll join me?
