It's Friday, June 4th, 2021. It's the '6' day (numerologically) that falls between the '9' day of the last lunar eclipse (5.26.21) and the '3' day of the next one (6.10.21). Made me think of Tesla and his 3/6/9 sequence...in reverse.
I'm not sure about you, however, I was certainly happy to make it through this day!
This whole week, actually.
And though I could very easily have spent the whole day taking a nap (how have you been handling the density of this energy?), I managed to assemble two bookshelves and reorganize over nine boxes of books.
Yes, many of them are textbooks and I am done with tripping over them in boxes.
Some of them are books on writing; I had purchased others for my dissertation.
And then I found this:
I realize Chomsky's right. My first professor (who is no longer an instructor in this program) warned me and my cohort with Audre Lorde's quote: "The master's tools will never disassemble the master's house."
Maybe I'm done being like a mushroom?
Is it time for me to work on a different project?
Perhaps it's not a dissertation...perhaps it's a book? Or simply this blog??

Because I'm not submissive and think for myself, (like Amazing Polly) I find the unraveling of the current story fascinating.
