Your body is constantly giving feedback! Here, you will learn how to recognize and utilize this information, which can improve health, well-being, and decision-making skills...improving how your spirit can communicate through your body.
In this presentation, you will hear about what’s going on with our bodies, see what this looks like energetically, and learn some tools for moving into a place of alignment and coherence.
Various self-regulation techniques can help build resilience, increase intuition, and improve dowsing skills. This, in turn, leads to increased awareness, alignment, and embodied integration of your Higher Self, which is necessary as we ascend!
