Truth

It's Sunday, June 7th and I was wondering what to write about today. Then, just now, listening to a conversation with Rob and Ben (who are adorable and hilarious!) on Edge of Wonder, I again heard the phrase: "Truth must be learned, it cannot be told."

Right? What does that mean?

Years ago, when I was asking for myself and doing my best to figure things out, I received this analogy: it's like chocolate.

You can show someone chocolate, describe it, tell them how much you like it and why it's delicious. Yet until they taste it for themselves and really experience it - they just don't know.

I truly believe that this is why Spirits (Souls) have an opportunity to come to earth and experience being human - in a physical body. To try it out for themselves.

It's also why we are experiencing such an amazing awakening - folks are having intuitive experiences they cannot explain, realizations, and awareness that there is more going on right now than meets the eye.

How has this been showing up for you? How do you know something is true? Can you feel truth resonate in your body? Have you had enough strange experiences, coincidences, and synchronicities that you are starting to trust your intuition? Have you been hearing news, information, and rumors from folks who are starting to do their own investigations of what's been happening? Are you pushing beyond the cognitive dissonance and programming that is keeping you from discovering a bigger picture?

As you explore and discern truth, I’ll leave you with a quote by Iyanla Vanzant, who said: "The truth will set you free, but you have to endure the labor pains of birthing it.”

Again, I am so grateful to both of my parents for carefully choosing my name: Alice, which means 'Truth.' At some level, they must have been aware that I would fully grow into it, just like I have grown into this human experience and my love for chocolate!!
